Yoga at your desk! No yoga mat or stretchy pants are required to integrate a simple practice into your everyday life. This ancient discipline is not just for studios or gyms. Yoga poses and stretches are a perfect antidote for hunched shoulders and long-term sitting. Learn stretches which can be practiced at your desk or chair, and how your chair can support traditional poses. This workshop will also incorporate breathing techniques to reduce stress or to reinvigorate. Beginners are welcome. Come in comfortable clothing. No equipment is necessary! Led by certified instructors Marty Twichell, RYT-500, and Naomi Greene, RYT-200. Offered in-studio and online.
