This 12-month course will help inform your teaching and expand your knowledge with new teaching methodologies.  Deepen your understanding of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology.  Topics include back care, restorative and chair yoga, and yoga for special needs populations.  You will also learn business and marketing strategies.

Learn to integrate meditation into your teaching and explore the possibilities of spiritual life through the inner stages of yoga and a deeper look at subtle anatomy.
