Whether you're completely new or just want to refresh your practice, this course will guide you step by step through the basics of meditation from a Buddhist perspective. You’ll learn practical techniques to quiet your mind, reduce stress, and gain a sense of clarity and inner calm. Taught by an experienced teacher, this course offers a gentle introduction to the art of meditation and how to begin building a consistent, meaningful practice.
