Join us for Mindfulness Yoga—a gentle, grounding practice that blends breath, movement, and stillness to awaken calm, clarity, and compassion. Each class includes guided relaxation, mindful movement (standing, walking, asana), and seated practice, suitable for all levels.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one (a few are available to borrow).
