Qigong
An ancient Chinese practice combining movement, breath and mindfulness.

Qigong for Health is a mind-body practice that has the potential to improve physical, emotional, and spiritual health via practicing different Qigong postures. “Qi” (chi) refers to the breath and the energy or vital substance that animates everything. “Gong” is the acquired skill obtained through work. Qigong is the acquired skill of cultivating and maintaining the vital substance of Qi. Qigong requires three components to be considered Qigong, which is posture, breath, and intention.
