Exploring modalities to assist in accepting trauma in our lives, this class focuses on gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and self-awareness practices that help create safety in the body and mind. Participants are invited to approach their experiences with compassion, learn tools to regulate the nervous system, and discover ways to integrate healing into daily life. Molly Girard has over a decade of experience as an ER nurse and has survived a major car accident with lasting injuries. Yoga has been a powerful part of her recovery, enabling her to continue sharing health and wellness within the community. Experienced in Hatha Yoga, Molly offers a safe and supportive space to explore the mind–body connection. Fifty percent of donations support our nonprofit of the month.
