FREE Stress-free Workshop: Intro to Mindfulness and the Buddha Mind
Learn techniques for relaxation and the inner journey.
This workshop is an opportunity to let go of the outside world, drawing the mind inward to the peace and joy of who you truly are. We will use mindfulness meditation, embodiment, and nervous system regulation practices as tools to help us discover our Divine Nature. Explore how living from the natural state of mind can bring unshakable freedom, compassion, peace, and joy—liberating us from the limitations we’ve been taught to believe. The session will guide participants through movement, energy work, breathwork, and discussion—leaving them with an embodied sense of self and practical tools to help navigate life’s many complexities This workshop is part of our Free Stress-Free Series, with 50% donations gratefully accepted to support a local nonprofit.
