Beginners Guide to Meditation

One of the foundational practices of the ancient science of Kriya Yoga is to cultivating a daily meditation practice. During this 4-week course, you will learn how to begin and sustain a meditation practice painlessly. Although geared to beginners all levels are welcome. Along with learning a meditation technique that works for you, you will be able to ask questions specific to your practice and experiences. Led by Priscilla Potter, E-RYT500, (Swami Maha-Tarananda)
