Conscious Connected Breathing Circle

Conscious Connected Breathing is a deep, continuous, and intentional breath practice that helps release emotional blockages, reduce stress, bring mental clarity, and connect you with your inner self. In a safe supportive space, you will be guided through the process while lying comfortably on a mat with your eyes covered, allowing the breath and music to carry you into healing, deep awareness, and occasionally non-ordinary states of consciousness. We will close with tea, chocolate, and heartfelt community connection, nourishment for both body and soul. Conscious Connected Breathing Circle. Led by Eleonora Demaria, a 400 HR Breathwork Facilitator who graduated from Breathing Space School, Level 1 Breathwork Facilitation from Clarity Breathwork. She is a Reiki Master, and Vipassana practitioner.
