World Tai Chi & Qigong Day is a Global event which occurs at 10AM in each time zone on the last Saturday of April, annually. Free and open to the public, no experience necessary. This local event will be held in Himmel Park, weather and exact space to be determined. An experienced instructor will provide a Taiji Qigong warm up and a Taiji Ball workshop, as well as 5 Animal Sports Medical Qigong. Guest instructors may sign up at the event to do a 15 minute demo until all the time slots are filled. 414-350-5248.
