In this public talk, Gen Kelsang Demo will introduce practical methods from Buddhist mind training that help us respond to everyday challenges with greater clarity, balance, and inner strength. ​ Rather than trying to avoid difficulties, Buddhist mind training teaches us how to transform life’s struggles — such as stress, frustration, and emotional overwhelm — into opportunities for growth and understanding. By learning to work skillfully with our own mind, we can cultivate resilience, patience, and a more peaceful way of relating to ourselves and others. ​ This talk is suitable for everyone, whether you are new to Buddhism or have previous experience. No prior knowledge or meditation experience is required. ​ Everyone is welcome.
