This workshop offers practices to help us move towards this state of consciousness. As human beings, living in this time of vast change, we are constantly affected by so much that is going on all around us. It’s a never-ending challenge to stay grounded, centered, and calm. This 3-session series offers the possibility of helping you to shift in uplifting, positive ways that may help you live a MUCH better life.
