Yoga and Beginners Meditation
A yoga practice combined with basic meditation techniques
Experience the benefits of combining a gentle-moderate yoga practice with an introduction to meditation. You will practice the yoga of physical balance: stretch, strengthen, and breathwork. We will provide tools and direction to help you cultivate and sustain a home practice in both yoga and meditation. No experience needed. This is a six-week class $15/session, or any class pass.
