Silent Saturday Retreat

This retreat will be guided by Kelsang Tharden, who will lead three meditation sessions along with brief teachings to support your experience.

Step away from the noise of daily life and enjoy a peaceful half-day retreat designed to restore clarity and calm. Through gentle guided meditations and quiet reflection, you’ll discover practical methods to relax your mind and carry that sense of peace into everyday life.

Between sessions, enjoy silent breaks—relax with a book, sit quietly, have tea or coffee, or take a peaceful walk. Whether you’re new to meditation or more experienced, everyone is welcome.
