Through ceremonial smoke blessings, heart coherence and cacao, we will open a space to reconnect with the intelligence of the heart and the wisdom of the body. With cacao as our ally, we will set intentions through prayerful resonance before journeying into ecstatic movement, embodying the sacred elements through dance, rhythm and breath. As the body awakens, we will descend into a guided inner journey of integration and remembrance, exploring the places within that long to be liberated, expressed and fully alive.
