Gratitude Ritual & The Corn Mother
Together, we will slow down, receive the gifts of the season, and celebrate the harvest within and around us.
As we enter the season of harvest, we gather to reflect on the gifts, growth, and nourishment that have shaped our lives. This evening invites us into a practice of gratitude through mindful reflection, herbal tea ceremony, restorative movement, meditation, and creative expression. Inspired by the many traditions that honor the sacred relationship between people, plants, and the cycles of the Earth, we will craft a Corn Mother-inspired harvest doll as a personal symbol of appreciation, abundance, and reciprocity. Together, we will slow down, receive the gifts of the season, and celebrate the harvest within and around us.
