Through the symbolism of the mask, the medicine of cacao, and guided inner exploration, we will enter a sacred space for shadow work, self-reflection, and reclamation. Beginning with smoke blessing and conversation around the nature of shadow, we will explore the parts of ourselves that have been overlooked, suppressed, or waiting to be witnessed. Through a mask creation ritual, reflective journaling, cacao ceremony, and guided inner journey, we will enter the deeper landscapes to meet the hidden self, listen for its wisdom, and reclaim the aspects of ourselves ready to return. We will close with integration and reflection, carrying forward the insight, compassion, and wholeness discovered within the depths. Led by Joseph Moffitt, E-RYT 500, Reiki Master.
