The juried exhibition brings together contemporary artists exploring angels and Madonnas not simply as religious icons, but as enduring symbols of compassion, protection, intuition, healing, transformation, and inner guidance. At the heart of the exhibition are new works by Tucson artist Mariana de la Vega and internationally recognized artist Ambika Wauters. De la Vega’s expressive Madonna paintings explore resilience, tenderness, and the human experience, while Wauters’ luminous angelic works approach angels as messengers of healing and consciousness. Curated in collaboration with artist and curator Karyn Holyk, the exhibition also features selected contemporary artists whose work explores spirituality, intuition, sacred embodiment, divine symbolism, and unseen connection.
