TSLC Is Expanding In Tucson

Tucson Speech and Language Center, Inc. (TSLC), recently expanded their staff with the addition of Emily Gaylord, PT, Deborah Soward, OTR-L, and three positions in the speech department, including a bilingual SLP, Zarina Rambish. The Center now is able to offer physical, massage, occupational, speech and music therapy to individuals. Massage Therapist Nicola Camp, LMT, is skilled with infant massage, pediatric and hot stone, as well as intervention techniques for fibromyalgia.

TSLC plans to complete expansion their offices, including electronic medial records, by June 2012. The facility is seeking a state-licensed art therapist and welcomes members of the community to teach workshops on creative projects such as learning to make jewelry, pottery, musical instruments, spinning and dying wool, gardening and other creative ventures.

The practice deals with issues of autism intervention, social language skills, assistive technology, orofacial myology, apraxia treatment, articulation and phonology intervention, neurofeedback intervention, among others.
