An Oasis of Peace in the City

Jan 30, 2013 10:32AM

Those that feel as if their mind is always racing and have difficulty concentrating may benefit from meditation to escape from the stress and worries of the day into the stillness of the mind.

The next Kadampa Meditation Center Arizona monthly Urban Retreat will be held on February 16, and a guided retreat is scheduled at beautiful Aravaipa Canyon from April 4 to 7.

Kadampa Meditation Center Arizona offers classes, retreats, workshops and study programs throughout Tucson and maintains a beautiful dedicated meditation space and bookstore. All classes allow the opportunity to learn and practice meditations to use anywhere. Dropins are welcome at any time.
