The Caritas Center for Healing is celebrating its fifth anniversary in Tucson with a Wellness Fair, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., April 13, empowering people to take charge of their own health.

Guests can receive free samples of nutritious food, auricular acupuncture and chair massages, enjoy local music and learn about healing techniques. A raffle will benefit a local charity, Neighbors Feeding Neighbors. Owner Karen Olson and the practitioners and teachers at Caritas will be on hand to answer questions, as well.
