Earth Harmony Festival in Tumacácori

Aug 29, 2013 12:44PM

An Earth Harmony Festival will be held October 5 and 6 at Avalon Organic Gardens & EcoVillage, in Tumacácori, Arizona. The sustainable, organic, healthy, global change festival features popular tours to learn about permaculture principles, green building, water harvesting, composting, recycling, alternative energy, seed-saving, heritage grains, and Arizona’s first and largest food forest system.

Participants may enjoy sustainability speakers, a fun and educational children’s village, a hip vendor village and live music. Artists include TaliasVan & The 11-piece Bright & Morning Star Band, VansGuard, Starseed Acoustic Ensemble, Israfel Awakened and The Change Agents Band.

Avalon Gardens founders Gabriel of Urantia and Niánn Emerson Chase created the vision of the Earth Harmony Festival to encourage a restoration of balance to the world’s people and ecosystems through environmental awareness, education and a commitment to peace and unity without uniformity.

Admission is free, but donations are encouraged. Camping is available. Location: 2074 Pendleton Dr. For more information, call 520-398-2542, email [email protected] or visit EarthHarmonyFestival.org.
