Alex Hermosillo, internationally known healer, author, spiritual teacher and founder of the Mastery of Energy Healing Center, in Tempe, is offering a lecture and guided group healing to the public, June 13, at the Tucson Osteopathic Medical Foundation. 

The three-hour class will focus on loving and accepting oneself, by letting go of past, non-nurturing experiences to benefit body, mind and spirit. Hermosillo will share a quick, simple and effective energy healing method that anyone can do for themselves and others. Participants will learn how to access the body’s energy to nurture and heal oneself and others to create a foundation for a healthy, joyous and prosperous life.

Hermosillo was born with the natural gift of healing and received wisdom about life and self-healing during a near-death experience. He has performed more than 7,000 healing sessions helping people heal from heart disease, cancer, tumors, migraine headaches, depression and more.
