Artistry Academy Music & Art is holding six-week summer sessions of its Music Together family music class, beginning the third week of July. Monday classes begin July 20 and Wednesday classes begin July 22.

Music Together is a weekly class for ages newborn to 5 years old and the adults who love them. Each class offers songs and rhythmic rhymes, musical movement activities and instrument play. The class is an opportunity for parents and children to spend time together, while giving children a foundation for enjoying and learning about music.

Each family registered for the six-week session will also receive a packet of materials, including songbooks, CDs, a DVD and more. Families will learn how to take ideas from each class to make music a part of their day for a lifetime of musical enjoyment and learning.
