New Practitioners Join WellnessFirst

From top to bottom: Vonnie Schultz Albrecht, Lyla Sisson & Charles Knouse

WellnessFirst!, an integrated wellness center providing a variety of alternative healing modalities and educational opportunities to the Tucson community, has recently welcomed new practitioners to its team—Vonnie Schultz Albrecht, RN; Lyla Sisson, LMT; and Charles Knouse, DO.

Albrecht offers 35 years of healthcare experience to her clients of Very Special Alternatives. In her 19th year of colon care, she ensures an individualized, whole-health approach in a confidential, relaxed and safe environment. She also provides probiotic reflorastation, blood type testing and subtle detoxifiers to support colon health. Albrecht can be contacted at 520-403-1686.

Sisson has a background in physical therapy technology and graduated from the Cortiva Institute as a massage therapist. She is skilled in Swedish and deep tissue massage and enjoys working on chronic back pain and shoulders. Contact her at 520-991-2893.

Knouse brings a broad range of experience in medicine including rural emergency medicine, urgent care and general practice from babies to the elderly. Currently, his focus is on comprehensive, integrative care of cancer patients, along with treatments for back/joint pain and migraines/headaches using platelet rich prolotherapy.
