Aug 02, 2016 12:20PM

Heather Chalon

Heather Chalon, trainer of qigong, tai chi and Taoist healing arts, will host a healing Tao retreat for relaxing, refreshing and renewing, August 26 to 28, in El Rancho Robles Ranch, in Oracle. The retreat will provide a safe, welcoming environment for exploring ancient wisdom practices, proven to reduce stress, improve sleep, reduce pain and stiffness and increase vitality and mental clarity.

Participants will experience powerful yet easy-to-learn exercises and meditations used for centuries by millions to calm the mind and relieve stress, while boosting energy levels and immunity. The practices are light-hearted and playful, evoking the rhythms of nature. El Rancho Robles offers a romantic mix of wild west experience with adventure and relaxation.

Heather Chalon, MPH, has 30 years of experience in the Tao healing arts and is sharing what Grand Master Mantak Chia, one of the most spiritually influential people in the world, has taught over the past 15 years. She is passionate about sharing these practices to support others as they open to their source of passion and purpose.
