Women’s Hormone Health Workshop

Hila Granger, Heath/Ayurveda Coach, will offer a workshop on Women’s Hormone Health, on May 20, at Mindful Yoga Studio. How does hormonal imbalance show up in our life? The workshop will teach students: how to eat for hormonal balance, the importance of routine and ritual, how to calm the nervous system (focus), oils that prevent sun damage and how to use herbs to balance hormones.
Women will learn how to balance hormones naturally. This class is appropriate for everyone interested in learning techniques to create balance and healing in their lives. Certain lifestyle changes and simple techniques allow women to balance their hormones and reclaim health.
