The National Association of Women Business Owners will host a special Health & Wellness Expo, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., January 8, at the Doubletree Hotel at Reid Park.

Exhibitors, speakers and a luncheon will make the Health & Wellness Expo informative, educational and thought provoking. Eight breakout sessions will provide discussions of useful and practical educational, health and wellness topics.

Special offers and activities, fun giveaways, coupons, door prizes and more will be on hand.
