Rose Kress : Yoga Therapist

Rose Kress, e-RYT-500, LFYP-2, LFYE, a yoga therapist and owner of YoginiRose Therapeutics, has been practicing yoga since 1994 and teaching since 2004. She began her studies with Amy Weintraub, author of Yoga for Depression, in 2003, and after years of support and work, was able to overcome chronic pain and an anxiety disorder.

As a result of her personal transformation, Kress works to bring the healing aspects of yoga to anyone seeking relief and positive change. She assists Weintraub at numerous programs around the country, manages staff and teaches for the LifeForce Yoga Practitioner Training Program. Kress continues her studies of yoga therapy through Maria KaliMa and Rama Jyoti Vernon.

Kress focuses on the therapeutic aspects of yoga, specializing in LifeForce Yoga for mood management, depression, anxiety, PTSD, back care, joint care, chronic pain, cancer and COPD. Students and clients can look forward to sessions and classes that leave them feeling stronger, calmer and empowered to make simple yet sustainable changes in their lives. She offers personalized instruction, free consultations, online learning, classes and workshops. Kress leads students and clients through practices that increase mindfulness and strength, while empowering students to continue yoga in their daily lives. She also offers Reiki, craniosacral and essential oil education.
