Medical Insurance Covers Acupuncture at Lightworks

May 30, 2014 10:44AM

Licensed Acupuncturist Candice Thomas, owner of LightWorks Acupuncture is now accepting many medical health insurance plans for treatment. She says, “Many people don’t realize their health insurance pays for acupuncture. Some local employers whose insurance covers acupuncture include Raytheon Missile Systems, Geico, Costco, U.S. Border Patrol and Sunquest. Unfortunately, Medicare and supplemental insurances do not cover acupuncture.”

Acupuncture is a highly effective holistic medicine with no side effects and no surgery. Before considering surgery, patients should try acupuncture. Many employers’ plans offer unlimited acupuncture for employees and their families.
