Bio-Touch Eases Mental Health Conditions

Bio-Touch is a touch-healing technique that is effective for reducing and relieving the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, chemical imbalances, addictive behaviors, obsessive compulsive disorder and other conditions that affect mental health.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness reports that 75 percent of mental health conditions develop by age 24, one in five adults experiences a mental health condition every year and one in 17 lives with a serious mental illness. Studies have shown that Bio-Touch imparts an immediate calm, relaxing people as specific points on their bodies are lightly touched. To help with mental health issues, these touch points are concentrated on the head and neck. After a few minutes, there is a marked reduction in stress levels and a sustained positive impact, as people feel more cared for and connected through the wonders of human touch.

Everyone can learn to use Bio-Touch to help their family and friends feel better. The Bio-Touch organization is a nonprofit educational foundation, dedicated to teaching and sharing Bio-Touch all over the world. To that end, it has made learning Bio-Touch easy and affordable for over 27 years.

For only $18, people can download the entire training manual from the website at JustTouch.com. The online correspondence courses, as well as classes and workshops offered at the Bio-Touch Center, in Tucson, are designed to ensure that people everywhere are successful using Bio-Touch in the comfort of their own homes.
