Your Home for Real Estate
According to Realtor Carol Nigut, of “Your Home for Real Estate” at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the Tucson real estate market had a strong recovery in 2016 with home values and prices rising anywhere from 12 to 18 percent. With so much activity, inventory is currently low, but Nigut can help anyone interested in buying or selling and emphasizes that this is a great time to get a jump on the spring selling season.
“The Tucson market recovery is great news for both buyers and sellers. Sellers can anticipate higher purchase prices and fewer days on the market if their homes are priced well,” explains Nigut, “and buyers have a number of terrific down payment assistance programs they can take advantage of. These programs are particularly great for renters who would prefer to own their own homes.”
