Summary/services offered:
Naturopathic Physician, primary care, functional medicine, endocrinology, ozone and IV therapies.

What drew you to this profession?
I wanted to offer healing through nature. I grew up growing gardens and understanding the benefits that plants offer us. I loved learning we can assist the body’s innate ability to heal itself when provided with the proper combinations of plants, food and, if needed, supplementation. I first studied bodywork but I wanted a bigger toolbox to use and offer to folks for healing.

How does your work differ from others in your profession?
We offer a whole-team approach. Our doctors consult together on complicated cases, bringing more minds and ideas to support the patient’s journey.

What should someone expect from working with you?
We do our best to listen, address the issues in a multifaceted way and do appropriate follow-ups to ensure positive results. We know that the underlying causes can be found when one looks deep enough, so doing appropriate testing makes sense.

What changes do you plan in 2022?
We are excited to keep growing our team of practitioners and to be busy helping folks heal, whether it’s from COVID, the flu, cancer, pain, Lyme, mold, environmental toxins or hormonal imbalances.

What is most important for Natural Awakenings’ readers to know?
We focus on combining knowledge with love and compassion. We can and do help folks heal.

Summary/services offered: Myofascial Release

What drew you to this profession?
I love structures, whether it’s buildings or people. When I realized I could assist people in staying upright, in reducing or eliminating pain, in improving range of motion, I fell in love with it.

How does your work differ from others in your profession?
I don’t provide a relaxing massage. I provide changes in the body, release of emotional connection to the pain in your body. Together, we improve how you feel in your body.

What should someone expect from working with you?
You can learn to communicate, to let go, to express yourself as you release limitations and pains in your body. Whether the problem is shoulder, back, neck, hip, feet or anything between your skull and your toes, we can probably resolve it or get you on the road to much improved health, movement, strength and range of motion.

What is most important for Natural Awakenings’ readers to know?
Communicate. We/I can’t help what I’m not made aware of. Talk about what’s happening in your body, in your life, in your goals—what you want from life. At Transformational Medicine, we work as a team to assist you in accomplishing those goals.

What should someone expect from working with you?
