Joel and Natalia Rodriguez, visionaries of A.M. Heating & Cooling, a family-owned Tucson business, envision a world in which companies come back to that personal interaction with their clients; a place where family, employees and clients’ best interests are looked after and cared for. The local business gives personal attention to heating and cooling needs.
“Although we are a small business—for now—we think big and we think big purpose. We offer what the bigger companies can offer, from service maintenance and repairs, to beautiful, full, new installations,” says Natalia. “What makes us different and special is our personal attention to our clients, the strong relationships of trust we build and how we invest in ourselves so that it shows through in our dedication to our clients and in our work.”
A.M. Heating & Cooling was named after the Rodriguez’s two children, who have taught them lessons in life and bring family values into the business. After the couple’s first born was diagnosed with Cri-du-Chat syndrome, their lives were turned upside down. What seemed like a tragedy at the time has since become a blessing as they served their daughter with drive, determination and love.
“We have laser focus on what we want to bring to our community. We take pride in our branding and business, the people we serve, and current and future employees,” says Joel, who has over 15 years of experience in the field. He progressed from entry level helper to installer, lead installer, service technician, sales executive and now owner.
Using tools like social media, they stay connected with clients and are not afraid to share themselves. A.M. Heating & Cooling enjoys educating clients on ways to keep their units running efficiently. They want clients to feel comfortable picking up the phone or sending an email with any questions they have.
