Overcoming Limiting or Negative Self-Talk
Our mind, if left unchecked, will take the path of least resistance when it comes to our thoughts and beliefs. We may start to believe things like “I will never get ahead”, “I can’t do it”, “I am overwhelmed and stressed out”, “I am just not lucky” and “I am not good enough”. These thoughts are not true, but when they play automatically over and over in our mind, we start to believe them and assume they are true. It is possible to stop the monkey mind.
We can change and control our thoughts rather than letting our thoughts control us. We have the power to change our thinking and approach life from a new perspective. A properly trained coach can help us to become the best version of ourselves, changing and eliminating negative and/or destructive self-talk. Simple techniques can be implemented that will change our thinking and, therefore, change our life.
