Natural Healing Facilitator Michelle Cardenas uses a variety of modalities to assist clients on their journey to better health at Bright Way Wellness. Her philosophy is that healing and wellness occurs through the engagement of positive universal energy using the power of nature. Reiki is the foundation of her work, which brings effective results in healing body, mind and spirit.

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing modality that calls upon the universal energy that is all around us and is sent into the client with a light touch of the hand. It is so effective that touch is not always used to transfer this beautiful divine energy. Reiki energy can be transmitted through time, space and dimension; making it a perfect modality to those that cannot tolerate touch or to reach parts of the body that are inaccessible.

Reiki energy brings on pronounced stress relief and relaxation. Often a recipient will go into deep meditation or fall asleep during a session. In this state of calmness, the mind can quiet and heal the mental/emotional self. As the mind drops into deep relaxation, the body follows, and the physical self begins to restore itself. Many clients have reported a release and unblocking of a spiritual nature causing a profound feeling of peace.

Cardenas roots her work in reiki because of the many levels of healing that this energy can affect. Through free consultation, clients receive her undivided attention in creating a custom session. Each client is unique, so each session is unique.
