‘How Not to Diet’, with Dr. Michael Greger
Healthier Logic and Loft Cinema will host “How Not to Diet: Evidence-Based Weight Loss”, a free talk with renowned physician, bestselling author and nutrition expert Dr. Michael Greger, on January 19, from 1 to 4 p.m. His instant New York Times best-seller, How Not to Die, will be available for purchase by Mostly Books.
A founding member and Fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, Greger is a physician and internationally recognized speaker on nutrition, food safety and public health issues. He has lectured at the Conference on World Affairs, testified before Congress, and was invited as an expert witness in the defense of Oprah Winfrey in the infamous “meatdefamation” trial.
In 2017, Greger was honored with the ACLM Lifestyle Medicine Trailblazer Award. He is a graduate of Cornell University School of Agriculture and Tufts University School of Medicine. He has videos on more than 2,000 health topics freely available at NutritionFacts.org, with new videos and articles uploaded daily.
