Dr. John R. Keifer, D.C. was inspired to start down a natural wellness journey after his early childhood illnesses were overcome through natural health care. He found his path through meditation, prayer and guidance, knowing that we all have a purpose.

With 39 years of practice and experience all acquired in Tucson, Keifer is board certified in acupuncture and physiotherapy and Brimhall certified—a wholistic approach to health treating people with symptoms, not symptoms with people. “Consider the 6 Steps to Wellness in evaluating a person’s imbalances: structure, electromagnetic, nutrition, allergies/sensitivities, emotions and toxins. Thus, many symptoms such as general pain, fatigue, hormone, digestive imbalances, allergies, ADHD and neurological problems can be evaluated and treated in reference to cause versus symptomatic relief,” explains Keifer.

Keifer offers Applied Kinesiology, gentle chiropractic, physiotherapy, acupuncture, cold laser, BEMER and PEMF electromagnetic modalities, detoxification, nutritional testing, reiki, meditation, color and sound therapy, homeopathy and herbal therapies.

“Everything is energy and nothing is not,” says Keifer. “Thus, evaluating not only through traditional procedures such as clinical exams, blood, hair, urine analysis and x-rays is important—it is helpful to assess and treat with energetic approaches such as Applied Kinesiology, which although subjective, can give invaluable clues to health in the hands of an experienced practitioner.” Keifer Wellness Center offers complimentary consultations.
