Experience the Angel Gong at Santa Rita Springs

Oct 29, 2013 02:03PM

At the Santa Rita Springs indoor pool, in central Tucson, Marcia Breitenbach plays the Angel Gong while participants float freely, supported by the salt water and special head and leg floats.

In this new therapeutic modality, water conducts sound easily and the Angel Gong’s vibrations are pulled into the water, where the synergy of the warm healing salt water with the sound creates profound relaxation and transformation. Sessions are offered the first and third Thursday mornings, the third Friday evening, and the fourth Saturday afternoon of the month.

In times of change and stress, the Angel Gong Waves provide muchneeded benefit, releasing the tension in body and mind, allowing an experience of freedom and Oneness. Participants report feelings of bliss, images or visions, close connection to the Divine, and rejuvenation and revitalization.

Meditative gong experiences have been utilized across cultures and for centuries in ritual and ceremony, and for healing and transformational work. The power of sound to positively impact one’s health and wellness is well documented in research and personal experiences.
